Hrishikesh is the Executive Director of Muhim Foundation, an IIT Guwahati alumnus with ten years of experience working on rights, livelihoods, and women's collectives. Previously with Kudumbashree NRO and the World Bank, he founded Muhim on a conviction that youth leadership can transform communities from within.

Ros holds Masters in Rural Technology & Social Development from Guru Ghasidas Central University. She was a Gandhi Fellow with the Piramal Foundation in Maharashtra. She is based out of Ambikapur and as a Field Coordinator works closely with youth in Higher Education Institutions in Surguja district. She is passionate about creating spaces for youth where they feel heard, can ask questions, and challenge what they see.

Aakriti is the co-founder of Muhim. She is an alumni of ILSS, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and Delhi University. She is a feminist in search for democracy. She has been working in Impact sector for more than a decade on issues of governance, rights, and social justice at intersection of gender and caste. She is also based in Surguja and holds primary responsibility of setting up Muhim’s ground.
